Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

For workshop/event registrations and digital courses, confirmation emails with access details are sent within 24 hours of successful payment.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines

We use trusted courier partners for domestic deliveries across India.

Standard delivery time is 5–10 business days depending on your location. Remote and rural areas may take longer.

International shipping is available on select products. Delivery timelines vary by country and customs clearance.
3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout and displayed before you confirm your order.

Free shipping may be offered on select promotional campaigns or minimum purchase thresholds.
4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID and courier details will be sent to your registered email/phone.

5. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

Tinymind Labs is not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@tinymind.in with proof (photos/videos).

In case of lost or undelivered packages, we will investigate with the courier partner and provide a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

7. Cancellation of Shipped Orders
