Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Introduction
At Tinymind Labs, we are committed to providing high-quality robotics workshops, training sessions, digital learning programs, and related educational services. We value the trust placed in us by students, parents, institutions, and participants. To ensure complete transparency, accountability, and compliance with Indian law and international digital commerce norms, this Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all payments, cancellations, and refund requests made through our official platform (www.tinymind.in) or any other authorized medium.
This policy has been designed to balance fairness between participants and Tinymind Labs, while also maintaining compliance with:

By registering for our services or making any payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms set out herein.
2. General Principles of Refund and Cancellation

All services offered by Tinymind Labs are educational in nature and include live workshops, digital courses, robotics kits (if applicable), and training modules.

Refunds are not guaranteed in all cases but will be evaluated strictly as per the terms mentioned in this policy.

Once payment is received and confirmation is issued, participants enter into a legally binding agreement with Tinymind Labs.

We encourage participants to carefully read workshop details, course outlines, and prerequisites before making payments.
3. Cancellation by Participant
A participant may request cancellation under the following circumstances:

Before the Workshop/Course Start Date

Cancellations made 7 or more days prior to the scheduled start date are eligible for a 90% refund of the paid amount (after deducting administrative and transaction fees).

Cancellations made 3–6 days prior to the start date are eligible for a 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the start date will not be eligible for a refund.

After the Workshop/Course Has Started

Once a workshop, course, or training has begun, no refunds will be processed, regardless of attendance or participation.

If the participant is unable to attend due to medical emergencies or unforeseen critical situations, a rescheduling option (subject to seat availability) may be provided at the sole discretion of Tinymind Labs.

Failure to Attend

Failure to attend a workshop without prior written cancellation will be treated as a “No-Show” and is non-refundable.

4. Cancellation by Tinymind Labs
In rare circumstances, Tinymind Labs may need to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to unavoidable reasons such as faculty unavailability, insufficient registrations, or technical issues. In such cases:

Participants will be offered a 100% refund of the fee paid OR an option to transfer their registration to the next available session.

Tinymind Labs will not be liable for any additional expenses incurred by participants (such as travel, accommodation, or third-party charges).
5. Refund Procedure

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@tinymind.in with proof of payment, transaction details, and participant information.

Upon receiving the request, Tinymind Labs will verify eligibility under this policy.

Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days from the date of approval.

Refunds will only be made through the original mode of payment (e.g., credit card, UPI, net banking, wallet transfer).
-
Any payment gateway or bank transaction charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
6. Non-Refundable Payments
The following are strictly non-refundable:

Registration or admission fees where explicitly mentioned as “non-refundable.”

Discounted or promotional packages.
-
One-time consultation or private mentoring sessions once booked.
-
Fees for downloadable digital products, e-books, or recorded courses.
7. Rescheduling Policy

Participants may request to shift their enrollment to another batch/session of the same workshop at least 5 days before the start date.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and at the discretion of Tinymind Labs.
-
Only one rescheduling request per participant will be entertained without extra charge. Subsequent requests may attract additional administrative fees.
8. Payment Policy

All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR) through approved payment gateways integrated into tinymind.in.

We accept payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets.

EMI or installment options, if offered, must be completed as per the agreed schedule. Non-payment of installments may result in suspension of access to services without refund.

Tinymind Labs is not responsible for delays or errors caused by payment processors.
9. Compliance with Indian Taxation Laws

All payments made to Tinymind Labs are subject to applicable GST as per the prevailing Indian taxation laws.

GST invoices will be issued to participants for each transaction.

Refunds, where applicable, will also account for GST adjustments in compliance with the GST Act, 2017.
10. Legal Liability and Dispute Resolution

This Refund & Cancellation Policy shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India.

Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Andhra Pradesh & Telangana.

Participants acknowledge that Tinymind Labs’ liability is limited strictly to the refund of the fee paid, subject to the conditions outlined above.

Tinymind Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as loss of opportunity, business interruption, or travel expenses).
11. Anti-Fraud & Security Compliance

Tinymind Labs reserves the right to refuse refunds if transactions are found to be fraudulent, suspicious, or associated with money laundering activities.

All transactions are monitored under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 (PMLA).

Refunds will only be processed to the original source account to prevent misuse.
12. Policy Updates
Tinymind Labs may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy periodically to reflect legal, operational, or business changes. Updated policies will be published on www.tinymind.in, and participants are encouraged to review them regularly.
13. Acknowledgement
By registering for Tinymind Labs services, participants:

Accept that this policy constitutes a binding legal agreement.

Waive the right to dispute refunds or cancellations beyond what is stated herein.
